- Nature of service. QuickReserve is a technical assistant only, meant to facilitate and organize user attempts. It is not an appointment-booking service, not a substitute for human intervention, and provides no express or implied guarantee of getting an appointment.
- No warranty. Using QuickReserve does not guarantee:
- Booking an appointment
- Faster booking
- Successful or continuous processing
Because of factors outside our control, including (without limitation) availability, official site load, system or interface changes, security updates, decisions or policies of relevant entities, or any internal/external technical fault. - Liability limits. ❌ QuickReserve, its owners, developers, or any affiliated party are not legally responsible for:
- Failed, delayed, or cancelled bookings
- Any financial, material, or intangible loss
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage
- Temporary or permanent downtime
- Results of misuse or lack of technical expertise by the user - User responsibility. ✔️ You use the software entirely at your own risk, bear all outcomes, confirm you understand how it operates, and accept the risks inherent to this type of tool.
- Compliance with laws and third-party terms. The user acknowledges and agrees that using QuickReserve must comply with applicable laws and the terms of use of external sites or platforms they interact with. The user alone bears any legal responsibility arising from violations of those terms, and QuickReserve bears no direct or indirect legal liability.
- No affiliation. QuickReserve has no direct or indirect relationship with BLS or any official, governmental, or semi-governmental entity, and does not represent, act for, or speak on their behalf.
- Changes, suspension, updates. We reserve the right to modify features or content, suspend operation temporarily or permanently, and update or change these terms at any time without prior notice, without creating any legal obligation.
- Acceptance. Installing, using, or continuing to use the software is explicit, full, and final acceptance of all these terms without exception.
- Legal notice. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install the software and stop using it immediately.

Please review these terms carefully. Using QuickReserve means full and final acceptance.
- طبيعة الخدمة. QuickReserve هو برنامج تقني مساعد فقط، يهدف إلى تسهيل وتنظيم محاولات المستخدم لا غير. لا يُعدّ خدمة حجز مواعيد، ولا يُعتبر بديلاً عن التدخل البشري، ولا يقدّم أي ضمان صريح أو ضمني، مباشر أو غير مباشر، بالحصول على موعد.
- عدم الضمان. نصرّح صراحةً أن استعمال QuickReserve لا يضمن بأي شكل من الأشكال:
- حجز موعد
- سرعة الحجز
- نجاح العملية أو استمراريتها
وذلك بسبب عوامل خارجة عن سيطرتنا، تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: توفر المواعيد، ضغط المواقع الرسمية، تغيّر الأنظمة أو الواجهات، تحديثات أمنية، قرارات أو سياسات الجهات المعنية، أو أي عطل تقني داخلي أو خارجي. - حدود المسؤولية. ❌ QuickReserve، مالكوه، مطوّروه، أو أي طرف تابع له، غير مسؤولين قانونيًا عن أي مما يلي، سواء كان متوقعًا أو غير متوقع:
- فشل الحجز، تأخّره، أو إلغاؤه
- أي خسارة مالية، مادية أو معنوية
- أي ضرر مباشر، غير مباشر، عرضي، أو تبعي
- توقف البرنامج المؤقت أو الدائم
- نتائج سوء الاستعمال أو نقص الخبرة التقنية لدى المستخدم - مسؤولية المستخدم. ✔️ يقرّ المستخدم أنه يستعمل البرنامج على مسؤوليته الشخصية الكاملة، ويتحمل وحده جميع نتائج الاستعمال، ويؤكد أنه يمتلك المعرفة الكافية بكيفية التشغيل، وأنه يفهم طبيعة المخاطر المرتبطة باستعمال هذا النوع من الأدوات التقنية.
- الالتزام بالقوانين وشروط الأطراف الثالثة. يقرّ المستخدم ويلتزم بأن استعمال QuickReserve يجب أن يكون متوافقًا مع القوانين المعمول بها وشروط استخدام المواقع أو المنصات الخارجية التي يتفاعل معها المستخدم، ويتحمل المستخدم وحده كامل المسؤولية القانونية عن أي مخالفة لتلك الشروط أو القوانين، ولا يتحمل QuickReserve أي مسؤولية مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن ذلك.
- عدم الارتباط بالجهات الرسمية. QuickReserve لا تربطه أي علاقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة بـ BLS أو أي جهة رسمية، حكومية أو شبه حكومية، ولا يمثّلها، ولا ينوب عنها، ولا يتحدث باسمها بأي شكل من الأشكال.
- التعديلات، الإيقاف، والتحديثات. نحتفظ بالحق الكامل في:
- تعديل خصائص البرنامج أو محتواه
- إيقافه مؤقتًا أو نهائيًا
- تحديث أو تغيير هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت ودون إشعار مسبق، دون أن يترتب عن ذلك أي التزام قانوني. - القبول والموافقة. يُعدّ تثبيت البرنامج أو استعماله أو الاستمرار في استخدامه موافقة صريحة، كاملة، ونهائية من المستخدم على جميع ما ورد في هذه الشروط والأحكام دون استثناء.
- تنبيه قانوني. في حال عدم موافقتك على هذه الشروط، يجب عليك عدم تثبيت البرنامج أو التوقف فورًا عن استعماله.
